Can you skype with video on iPhone 4?

Hi, so i am new. i just got an iphone 4 and wanted to know if there is an app for skyping with video calling.. i know facetime app is cool, but not everyone who has skype has iphone 4 facetime app.. soo.. is there an app i can download for skype video call ???

skype, no. Only free VOIP for now.

You can video call over 3G on fring wich is free.

Voice over IP (no, not an app. more like a protocol...) Means voice but not video.

As of right now, no. But I'm sure it will eventually be a feature integrated over WiFi, then when the network can handle it over 3G.

I was hoping they would update it with the FaceTime API. Maybe they will.

I hope they develop an app where you can video call someone that is signed in on gchat and do video chat.

They don't even have multitasking yet (which they demoed in April) so don't expect video anytime soon.
