Can you still get 9.1 phones?

I'd really like to have an untethered jailbreak. Is it still possible to get a phone that has 9.1?

It's possible. If you find the right place and go for the 128GB version. The higher capacity sells less so they sit on the shelves longer.

It's very unprobable though. And by this point I think you can forget getting one on that firmware of any capacity at an Apple store

I've read a few posts in which insurance has sent refurbished devices to users on 9.1...... It's a crap shoot
