Can you suggest me a few games?

I'm looking for a few games of different genres that are not freemium (I prefare to buy my games than be leached for all I have)

The games I'm looing for are:

@ a city building game that doesn't have "energy", "action points" or any of that sort of crap.

@ An rts game that has multiplayer and doesn't require me to buy half the maps in-game.

@ A sims like game that doesn't run in real time / have 90% of the content missing. (I' doubtful on this one)

I like Early Bird which is free but you can pay a one off cost for a unlimited use cheat. IMHO it is more fun than Angry Birds. I love Contre Jour which is £3 but iPad game of the year and I can tell why. Great gameplay with stunning visuals.
