Can you switch an iPhone6+ from Verizon to AT&T?

My boss is getting a new iPhone 6+ with a larger HD, and is giving me her old one. she is on Verizon, I'm on AT&T. Any way to get it to work for me? Tried searching here, on the Apple site, but couldn't find much.
