Can you tell me what character shortcut this is?

I've been trying to figure out what shortcut this is, when i am using photoshop and i want to save an image for web it suggest these characters for the shortcut but i don't know what the all are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I only know the Command key because it's printed on it. I'm not sure why it isn't on the other keys.

Definitely, because on my MBP.. my Option button is Alt. :\

The symbols are printed on the UK version and not the text. I don't know why the US version is different.
