Actually, their trade in prices were pretty favorable compared to the other major trade-in estimates. Sprint phones have the absolute worst trade in value, but when I reserved my Gold 5s I was offered $336 for my iPhone 5 (Apple, GameStop, Sprint offer less than $300 and Amazon used market averages at $340).
Yes. In store they put the value to the phone immediately and online they have you send it in and you get a gift card. I suggest you go online to check the price and set up a mail-in trade in to lock in the price and show them in store because when I did it with my 4S they lowballed me until I showed them what their online calculator valued it at.
