Can you trade in iPhone 6 while ordering iPhone 7 online?

Probably an obvious question but need to make sure. Can you trade in an iPhone 6 while ordering iPhone 7 online? Trade-ins are only in-store since they have to check the condition of phone?

Yes you can do it online.
When you place the order online it will give the option to trade in or recycle a phone.
They'll send you a box for free to send in the phone in after you receive your new iPhone 7.

So the order will reserve a new iPhone 7 even though I may not agree to their trade-in price? Or do I have no choice but to agree to their trade-in price whatever it is? I will not first get an email telling me what my trade-in price is? Not that I would refuse it, but I'm just interested.
