iPhone Can you update 7.1 beta 1 to beta 2 from your phone?

Can you go to Settings and update from beta 1 to beta 2 without updating through iTunes on a computer?
 
to jailbreak iOS 7 with evasi0n, you need to restore to that firmware. OTA will not work
