no it is not

If you have the tools (several tens of thousands (or millions) of Euro, probably even more than that), then yes, but then again, you need the Mac OS X drivers for that mobile chip and so on.

In other words, a new laptop is cheaper than doing that, maybe even a dozen new laptops are cheaper.
