Hi. Thanks for reading this. Apologies if there is another thread on this. I've looked and can't find one. Also, sorry if this is a novice question, but hey, I'm a novice at a lot of Mac stuff, especially networking.
I get my Mac Air internet through my iPhone. I have the old unlimited AT&T plan, and use PdaNet. PdaNet has a couple of methods of getting internet from your iPhone to your Mac. I find the most stable method is via USB wherein it uses the little white iPhone wire to get internet to your Mac.
In my house, I have an old Power Mac and an Intel Mac Mini. I also have a new Apple TV. I also have a couple of wireless routers, including an Airport Express.
I have no problem creating a network that all of my computers and Apple TV can be a part of. However, I am unable to "send" the internet from my Air to the other Macs and the Apple TV. For example, even though my Air and Apple TV are on the same network, and even though my Air has internet, my Apple TV does not. I don't see any settings that would affect this. I've dabbled in creating a computer-to-computer network to fix this but without success.
Can anyone give me advice on how to use a jailbroken iPhone's internet in a network?
Thank you.
