can you use an animated theme on lockscreen?

Hi,

so..I like to have themes that match the time of year..halloween, christmas,

etc, I've just been working on a theme that has snowflakes falling down the screen (basic JS stuff that is bundled together from other themes).

but...is there a way I can get this on the lockscreen too? I'm using lockinfo if it makes any difference.

can I set an html page as the background in lockscreen and then this will show the snowflakes?

if so, does anyone know how?
