Can you use app store reviews as marketing material?

I never see it but we get great reviews and we'd like to quote them on our website. Why don't I see any apps that do this, are there restrictions on this?

Ive used review quotes in my apps but never on my site. Lots of big name apps do that so I am sure its ok.
