More specifically,
90% of the time, my PC is with both Google Chrome and IntelliJ IDEA opened for Android/Web development.

Both are heavy RAM eaters, but RAM doesn't seem to be a problem on the MacBook.
I don't care about the size of the screen. I will attach it to an external monitor when at home, and I'll compromise when I have to use it outdoor.

Is the low CPU power a problem?

I would appreciate comments from people using IntelliJ IDEA specifically (Android Studio is also cool), but other opinions are welcome as well.

Nevermind, I think I'll buy a 13" rMBP. Price-wise it's a no brainer. At the same price I get much more performance and, yes, less portability. But it's always a 13" we're talking about...
