Can you use the talkatone app on iPhone 4? (version 5.1.1)

I have it installed and it says that I need to upgrade in order to use it. However I know that for many apps, it lets you download a downgraded version of the app so that you can use it on older iOS.

If I deleted the Talkatone that I have and tried to download it again, will it download an older version or would it not be able to download anything?
