Can you video out iphone to ipad?

Is there any program or tweak that allows you to video out to an ipad? I've been trying to figure out how to video out to a PC monitor (for Netflix, etc) but can't seem to find anyone that has done it. So I was wondering if you could video out to an ipad.

Video out on a phone is easy just use the Apple adapter. I stream movies from my phone to TV just fine.

They first said they were trying to output to a monitor and since it didn't work thought about the iPad. The adapter I have is the hdmi one. I don't think an iPad could do video in.
