Can you view two city's weather in a complication?

Carrot weather has great complications (it's what i usually use)

That was my thought as well, but most weather apps default to your current location and let you view weather in other cities as secondary locations. I mostly use Carrot, Dark Sky, and (recently added) myRadar. The complications for those seem to use current location.

Maybe there is a travel weather app that would be more configurable?

So in the stock apple complications the dark sky would be available as an option to place? That is top bottom middle etc? Thanks!

Also I read for apple watch app carrot weather requires a subscription of some sort ie further cost
