Can you watch youtube TV on the new apple TV?

I'm currently waiting for my Apple TV to arrive (Stupid TNT...) and was wondering if it's possible to access the TV portion of youtube? This would be very useful as it has full TV episodes and stuff available from 4OD etc. (at least in the UK)

doubt it you can't watch if on an iphone or ipad it would be awesome if you could tho
