Does anyone know why there is no Siri information on the Canadian website? Why would this feature be region-specific? To demonstrate, on the US/CAN pages there are different graphics and copy:

CAN
US

Why would they go through the trouble? Is Beta US only?

You should elaborate more, because that doesn't answer the question.
Apple said during the press conference that Siri was in "Beta" right now and wouldn't be available in all regions at launch. That could explain why Siri is not mentioned on Apple's Canadian site. I assume it's coming, but may not be available at launch in Canada.

This pretty much sums it up. Dalrymple in that article says it will be available at launch, which would be great, but we just have to wait and see in the next week or so if anything pops up on the Apple (CA) page, or a major carrier releases info. (Telus already has the 4S on its site, but no mention of Siri)
