i live in australia and am very eager to get my hands on an iphone.

i will be going to canada in january (not USA) and am wondering what the chances are of the iphone being released there by then (ive read mixed things).

Depending on where you are going in Canada, the u.s border isn't far away - go and get an iPhone from there.

You can find iPhones for sale in Canada - imported - with a high mark.

IMO, the chances of iPhone by end of Jan - very slim.
