Anyone using a Rogers/Telus/Bell iPhone tried USB tethering to iPad? I seriously doubt it's possible since there would need to be a setting already there, but just want to be sure.

First off, you cannot plug directly into the iPad. Sure there is the Camera USB/SD card reader kit, but that doesn't allow other devices such a phones to connect.

I have a PPC 6800, with Bell/Aliant, and I can take me incoming connection and broadcast it as a WiFi hotSpot, which I use my iPod Touch with, so I dont see any issues with the iPad, but the USB idea is not gonna fly.

You don't need to plug into iPad for tethering; at least in theory (I am trying to find out if it is possible too). Tethering can be achieved through bluetooth connections. I currently tether my iPhone to my MacBook Air through bluetooth. As the iPad WiFi has bluetooth capability it is possible that tethering could occur.
