So if you have an Old iPhone in Canada and need it serviced via the Apple Care warranty, do you have to go to an apple store in the states?
Also what would warrant apple to exchange an Old iPhone for a new one?
Does the sim card have to be in when Apple performs servicing?
If I needed to bring it in I would be taking the sim card out and resetting it to factory settings.
