Canadian Bilingual Keyboard

I'm in the market for a 15" or 17" Macbook Pro and in the keyboard BTO choices there's a french canadian keyboard. Is this a bilingual keyboard with french accents printed on the keys along with the english letters? This will be my first Mac and on the PC I can switch keyboards for french or use key combinations to get certain french characters. Any quebec mac users out there that could shed some light on this?
