Canadian Carriers Iphone 6 voice mail not working

I'm on Telus, iPhone 6, carrier update 17.0 and no voicemail, I've tried everything, hard reset, network settings reset etc. :(

Friend's with Bell, iPhone 6 and no voicemail either
