Hey,
I just got a Macbook and kinda got stuck when I got to the setup part of my keyboard.I have a french keyboard becaus I study in french and english. I just don't know what French-CSA is. I have tWo keyboard options to choose from which are: Canadian English or Canadian French-CSA, which one should I choose???

For your French keyboard, you should pick Canadian French-CSA. Don't be afraid to try, you can change the keyboard setting later under System Preference -> International.
 
BTW: CSA = Canadian Standards Association. The purpose of this standard is to accommodate the needs of all keyboard users in the Canadian federal government and to support the Official Languages Act and related policies.

I believe there are differences between the French CSA keyboard and the one released in France. If you bought it on ebay, you might want to check that your keys map correctly; if you got it from apple.ca, you should be good to go.
