Thought I would start the pre-order thread for us Canadians hoping to get launch day iPhone 13/13 Mini/13 Pro/13 Pro Max phones!

Here in Canada, we normally only have one option through Apple.ca and that is to purchase outright at an outrageous price ($1300+ CDN). This is the first year that I've been aware that Apple has offered financing through Apple.ca. Interested if any other Canadians are considering the financing option.

For myself, with a trade in with my 12 Pro Max 128GB in excellent condition, Apple would give me $820 CDN, therefore I could get the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB for $729 CDN. With the financing option, this would work out to approx $128/month for 6 months I believe it said. Any other Canadians considering this route? Normally I would just purchase outright and sell privately every year.

And let's go Blue Jays!

What an embarrassing showing for Apple though for financing in Canada. 6 month financing for the new iPhone 13? $251 a month for the base storage 13 pro max. They had 2 year financing options right up till today. Not impressed by that

Was going to buy outright, but why not take 6 months to pay it off at 0%? It’s a shame that they took away the 24 months though. All of the carriers offer 0% financing for 24 months.

Exactly, why is that so hard to match? They literally offered it right up until they released the iPhone 13. Shame as I have no interest in going through my carrier since my plan doesn’t exist anymore and would cost me $40 more a month to switch to a new plan.

was going to upgrade from the X to the 12 last year but waited one more year as the X was working great still but lackluster camera in non ideal light conditions.

Excited to get 13 pro i saw the financing option and tryed to get pre approved and it said it wasn't available or wasn't working when i tried?

don't need the financing but if its 0% then whatever maybe close to the day ill try again

i'm getting the 13 Pro max only because my wife needs a new phone and wants my 12 pro max. I'm underwhelmed, nothing exciting for me in this years phone except the 120hz. The lack of colour change was the icing on the cake (not to mention no airpods 3). I'm buying the phone outright, don't care for payment plans. I don't buy anything if i don't have the money to pay up front (including cars), only exception is a house.

Did the same for me, definitely a glitch. No way I wouldn’t have gotten approved lol.

I was able to get approved but it doesn't seem like the US version. I think I would have to do it again on pre-order morning. It said I was able to spend up to $15,000.

Yea I’ve tried a couple times and says not available for me. Makes no sense for me, great credit rating, no debt etc. Oh well lol, just be nice to take advantage of spreading out payments with 0%

Got approved for Apple's 0% financing, said I was approved for $7,500.

Trying to decide between 13 and 13 Pro to replace my XR. I like the cameras on the Pr, but not thrilled about the weight.
