Canadians: iPod Battery Settlement Program Launched

Apple is now accepting claims for those who bought a First, Second and/or Third Generation iPod before June 24th, 2004 and have experienced battery issues.

Submission deadline is Jan. 8, 2009

Compensation is a $45 Apple Store gift card.

Got mine!

It took about a month, but it's here: 45$ to spend within the next year . I better hurry before they realise the Canadian dollar is not worth much these days and raise all their prices.
