Canadians: Roaming question?

Don't really know anything about data plans, but looking for some info for my mother.

We are in the Ottawa area, but she travels periodically for business(within Ontario ie. Toronto, Kingston,etc.) and will need the data availability. Is there roaming charges like there is for cell-phones or not? I can't seem to find what I need on the carrier websites, but I might not know where to look.

All data in your plan can be used anywhere in Canada. She could go to BC/AB/SK/MB etc etc and use her data and have no charges.

Yup texting and data are Canada wide - only calling isn't
