Cancel ATT

I upgrade on oct 14 to get an iPhone 4s i call ATT and they say that if i cancel the contract i need to pay this month a cancel it but my question its if i cancel i need to return the iPhone to ATT ?

ok people this is what i check on apple and att.com result on my contact
it show like that , so after march 25 i get new iphone 4S 16 GB i only pay 199.00 is that right ?

if i cancel now i pay 250 dollar for cancel fee plus new phone 199 ,total around 449 like above

If you cancel your contract after 30 days you are required to pay the ETF (which is $325 minus $10 for every 30 days of your contract) plus that months bill as well.

If you cancel your contract before the 30 days, then their is no ETF, but if you wanted to keep the phone you will be required to pay the full price of the phone .

Thanks only need to pay 315 and the two months that i use 20 dollars ?

after 2 years you get 250 dollar , that even price when you make cancel your contact fees

samething , if you cancel you pay that price same like they deducted 10 bucks monthly your earn keeping plan ...

just like i on iphone 4 , if i cancel now i pay 250 bucks
i got 3 more months to catch up iphone 4s with 199 dollar upgrade ....

Other question my att cycle close on 22 of dic that they will cancel my contract to port my number to h2o i need to do before of 22 or later ?
