"Cancel Nothing to Undo Error"

Anyone have any clue why I randomly get these, it seems lately I have been getting them more often especially pulling it out of my pocket even though the screen is locked, strange.

Sounds like the shake to undo is flipping out. It shouldn't be doing that with the screen locked.

i get this sometimes after i have sent a text.

I get this once or twice a week too. What is there to undo? This is part of the bigger issue of the notification system. Why do I have to view a text before I can end a call? I hope ios 5.0 revamps the notifications and changes things up a lot.
