Hey!
I really need some help! How on earth do I cancel my order for the iPhone I placed this morning? I have tried ringing customer services, but they said they currently cannot do it
Thanks

customer services are the only way to cancel it
why did they reject it?

btw, you have 14 days to return it unopened

Ok thanks mate
Any idea which number I should try, because most of them ask for a mobile number, and don't let you proceed without entering a number, which of course, I don't yet have

try 01349885040 (its the geographical version of 0906 3025151, and therefore cheaper)

that number is for general online customer services. thats all i know...

Sorry to be nosey, but curiosity has got the better of me. Why are you cancelling the order?

I ordered the 8GB, but since ordering have changed my mind, and decided I want the 16GB instead. Therefore, I am canceling this online order, and gonna take my chance on Friday.

O right. Fair play, I'm going to get the 16GB in store on Friday as well. To be honest I think there will be plenty to go around, so what you're doing isn't much of a risk. I know that both O2 and CPW are reporting that they are sold out of the 16GB iPhones online, but that was because the people who are really interested in the phone were always going to try get them online as soon as they became available. I can't see every O2/CPW/Apple store in the country having the same problem on release day, whereby there are queues forming to get hold of the device. You only have to look at the sales of the last iPhone to know that demand wasn't that great and there were plenty of 'left-overs'. Bring on Friday :D!!

Finally managed to cancel my order. Has anyone here cancelled an order from O2 before? If so, how long does the refund take to come through?
