Carrier Cancel preorder?

I'm with Verizon and I pre ordered the jet black 7 at 3:11am on preorder night. After thinking long and hard I'm thinking I should've gone with the plain black. I'm on my "myVerizon" and there is no option to cancel preorder. Is there another area it'd be in?

regardless of you cancelling it, they have been already pushed back to November.... Why not just keep it and sell off in brand box and make something in return and then buy it? few more days anit gonna hurt lol.

Even the plain black?? Wow I didn't know that. According to Verizon website it says est delivery 9/23

You have to call to cancel. If you ordered online the direct number to call is 1-866-338-7390. After you cancel you will be able to immediately re-order. I canceled my order for a 7+ around 5pm Saturday and then ordered a black 7 and got a 9/23 delivery date.
