Cancel Verizon contract?

If I was to purchase a new iPhone 4S with a new Verizon contract, how much would it cost to cancel? I assume just the $375 ETF? Correct? So the $300 phone, plus the $375 ETF?

Plus 1 month service (can't cancel in the first month without returning the phone), plus any taxes & activation fees.
