Which is just stupid.
If you have a good backup, and sync your phone, a new backup starts. If like most you don't want to wait for two hours you cancel it. But the new backup has already started overwriting your old backup. If apple are that concerned about backups, the new backup should not replace the old one until it has completed and verified. If they want people to actually make backups, they shouldn't take 2 hours.
All that time and effort into time machine, and they've learned nothing. And I have a blank phone.
Come on apple, seriously, get your **** together! *slow claps*
