Cancelling apple.com July 14th order...?

I placed an order for an iP4 on the 23rd and got a ship date of July 14th. I used the one line that was eligible for the upgrade on our family account. If I decide to cancel that order and go in to wait in line on the 29th, will that line show up as able to upgrade for the low price?

I THINK that after you cancel, youre re-eligible after 72 hours.

I cancelled my order and checked the Apple website after 2 minutes and it showed me as being eligible.

from what i read here, you can keep your online order and walk into att with being eligible for upgrade price.

I don't think they update your elgibility until right before shipment, at which time you will receive a welcome email from AT&T.

I cancelled one of my 7/14 order and was immediately elgible as well. In fact you can place multiple orders on the same line, but they will probably just cancel all the redundant orders.

Yeah, I'm planning to wait in line as well on the 29th...I cancelled my 14th ship date and am eligible as well. I think you shouldn't have a problem.
