i decided to cancel my IUP order (12 months into my existing IUP loan). the new phone has not been shipped yet, does this mean i won't get charged on the new phone, and my current IUP will continue as is?

If the new iPhone hasn't shipped and you've cancelled your IUP, they sure as heck won't send you a new iPhone.

Yes, if you cancel the phone that has not been shipped yet, you won't be charged for that phone but you will continue to pay monthly for your current existing iUP.

what about the new citizen one loan number generated when I placed the order? Will that new loan get closed?
