The Chief Financial Officer For the Institute for Cancer Prevention has admitted misusing millions of dollars in government grant money that should have went to cancer research:

The Institute for Cancer Prevention is one of the biggest advocates of lifestyle intervention. While this is good in that it gives us some control over our bodies, it can also minimize environmental factors and blame the victim for their own ill health. Too bad they couldn't prevent themselves from keeping their own hands out of the cookie jar!

Above is a link to a NY Post article from a few years ago when they first went bankrupt. Not only does it contain allegations of misused government grant funds, but also missing employee pensions, and even a picture of Albert Einstein hanging on the wall vanished.
