Canditional wake on wrist raise

I prefer not to use the wake on wrist raise function as it becomes like a christmas tree distracting.

But i need this to turn automatically only when there is a phone call, a message received or i am using map navigation for all other cases watch should not wake on wrist raise.

How can i customize like this ?
