Does CandyBar work in Mavericks in terms of changing dock icons and such?

CandyBar stopped being able to change docks since Mountain Lion

Apple changed the how the dock works - it is no longer a bunch of bitmaps and therefore no longer editable

As far as icons though you can edit them in ML. I was wondering if that's still possible. Something like in this picture which is my current dock on ML

It says unqualified system but it seems to change icons as before. Haven't checked all system icons though.

No support for Mavericks, let alone 10.8.5.
