Cannot Accept or Send Activity Sharing Requests

I have a strange issue on my Apple Watch Series 2. If i send a Sharing request to someone for Activity, they accept and can see my data, but I still see the pending request. If someone sends me a request, I can press Accept then about 30 seconds later the request re-appears and i cannot see their data.

This has been going for a while, i have tried resetting the watch and the phone several times, but still happens. Really irritating.

I am on the latest public iOS and WatchOS.

Anyone had a similar issue with a fix?
