Trying to help a relative.
They have a MacBook Air 13" 2017 running Mojave 10.14.6 that they picked up from eBay 2nd hand - reset.
All working fine but they cannot access the App Store, at first they thought it was thier old Apple ID that they have had for a long while when they used to have an iPhone, so they have now got a new Apple ID and still the same problem.
Whenever they try to sign into the App Store using the App on the Mac they receive these messages (images attached):
This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store
We've run into a problem please try again later
Can anyone help fix this?
