Cannot access purchased section for iTunes or app store

Jut got he iPhone 4S and when I go into the iTunes and app store and tap on purchases it just keeps loading and never takes me there. Anyone else having this problem? How can I access it?

There have been some server issues, today. You might want to just wait awhile and see if it works later.
