Cannot access some sections in iTunes Connect!

Hi, I just tried to access my iTunes Connect sales and trends section and then I got this message coming up.

When I try to access iAd section, I get the following screen.

Any ideas????
 
Update: My account seems to be functioning normally now. Probably a server issue and this is how people at Apple says "Maintanance is in progress. Try again later"..
