Cannot add additional FaceID

As you can see - I am missing the options to add an additional FaceID - what am I missing here (running latest GA 16.3.1 in UK)

Someone on Reddit is trying to tell me that you cannot add additional appearances - but that clearly isn't true

To set up an additional appearance for Face ID to recognize, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up an Alternate Appearance, then follow the onscreen instructions.

There's already an alternative appearance set up on your device (it says that under reset Face ID in your screenshot).

You'll need to reset Face ID and try again.
