Cannot add cards to Apple Pay on M2 MBA - Sonoma

As above, I just get the Could Not Add Card error, regardless of the card I try to add. The cards are loaded on my iPhone and iPad. It's at the point I add the expiry date and security code, I hit Next and get the error message.

Any suggestions gratefully received!
