Cannot Authorize iMessage and Facetime on iPhone 5.

I always get a timed out whenever I login to try to activate it in the settings. Also the passbook is not working whenever I click the app store, it always says cannot connect to iTunes. I have already tried the quickfix I saw on the blog and many various websites that did not fix the problem.

So how should I fix these problems?
