Cannot back up because this iPhone is being restored (beta 2)

Ever since I backed up from my icloud back up with beta 2 on both my iphone 4 gsm and my ipad 2. The device continually asks for my itunes store password to complete download, but there are 4 apps or so that are no longer available on the app store so clearly they can't download that way.

I don't have the computer that has those apps on it currently a friend has been borrowing it since 6/27/11 as noted at the bottom of the attachement.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I thought maybe deleting the grayed out icons that said waiting that that may fix the problem but they keep coming back and trying to download again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, delete the account add it back.

This works for a little while but it doesn't fix it permanently.

I think its cause it is hung trying to download some apps that arent present in the store. when i delete them they just come back within 15 minutes. they're greyed out and just wont download
