Cannot Back up! Help please.

Hey, i got the ALoD so I went to restore and i picked my back up and it started to work (thanks to TEG's help:)) but after a while it just stops backing up and freezes in progress. My iphone says "Restore in Progress" and i'm scared to pull out the USB cable because i don't want anything to go wrong.
