Hi guys, I haven't been able to backup my iphone/ipad on my PC for the past year. Actually, the backup process seems to work fine, I can see the backup folder at this location:

C:\Users\clums\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

The iphone folder has 67gb of data and the ipad folder has 20gb of data, which seems accurate.

However, it says "Your iphone (or ipad) has never been backed up on this computer" on Itunes. In the devices preferences, no backup files are shown either.

I only have 50gb of storage on iCloud, that's why I prefer backing up on my PC so I can restore my date when I get my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I thought iOS/iPadOS 15 would fix this, but no luck.

Anyone has the same problem? Is there any fix to this?

Thanks,
