Cannot Boot Air

So, my wife's Air hung up and I had to hold down the power button. Low an behold it no longer boots and the filesystem won't repair when booted from the CD. It seems that as Leopard has gotten more mature the chances of actually recovering from a force shutdown is less and less and now I'm stuck with a machine that won't boot.

Does anybody know if DiskWarrior can help here and if so what is included in the download version? Can I burn the ISO myself and get a bootable Disk Warrior or do I have to wait for the DVD?
