Cannot burn DVD R DL

HI

.I found that Macbook Pro cannot burn 95% from the DVD R DL 8.5 GB wth different types in the market.

..I have read from many sites and forums the same problems.

...In spite of the about this mac information on disk burning said it is able to write DVD R Double Layer (8.5GByte).

Finally It is a big problem that Macbook pro cannot burn DVD Double Layer (8.5GByte)

What happens when you try to burn? Any error messages? Start/stops at a certain percentage?

By using disk utility Apple After read the DVD , and open the session then it says finishing burning , but by using Toast 9 It says error in the laser even using different Brands for DVD .

But i burn the same DVD disk with an external DVD writer Samsung .
So I thin the problem from my DVD

Try taking a can of compressed air and spray it into the SuperDrive. I don't have the exact problem but when I had laser errors, I sprayed it just to get any dust that might be causing it to not burn and it worked. The same might work for you.
